Health and care are two separate words that have a symbiotic relationship. In order to have greater Health we need to take greater Care. Care is truly about feeling better.

What are the daily and weekly habits that we can create in order to take better care of ourselves?

1- Drink more water.

2- Get enough sleep.

3- Set aside time to yourself.

Weather you are starting at zero or one hundred all three of these items can be restorative. Make sure you drink your water, there is an app for that. Get enough sleep by going to be earlier, set a bedtime alarm. Set aside time for yourself by booking an appointment and take an hour to yourself.
